In addition to the main different cakes, I also had the opportunity to taste the menu of the Valentine's Day collection published by Paul Indonesia from this February. This special menu of appetizers, main courses and desserts is available from 12 February 2018 to 15 March 2018.

Yarrow crab is my favorite. The fresh shrimp is finely chopped, mixed with mayonnaise, then topped with butter in a thin layer of crispy cake. In addition, the confectioners provide lively accents that sing oh-so-cute . Mango lemon sauce makes up this dish.

The smell of cinnamon is a pretty delicate meat that is really suitable. If the potato gratin that became a side dish was more creamy , this dish might be a favorite.
DESERT
Pavlova heart 65,000 Rp
Pavlova made of egg whites is beautifully presented as a heart. At first I thought I didn’t want to use it because Pavlova’s taste is so sweet. But out of curiosity, I took a small piece of Pavlova, and the taste was not as bad as I thought. Pavlova's texture is crisp on the outside և it melts on the tongue. Pavlova’s sweet flavor is balanced with a slightly sour Strawberry Taping.

This milfey has several berries, such as nanti cream . It should be noted that Paul is whipped cream.

They gave us different flavors such as Guanaja Manjari chocolate flakes, coffee flakes, vanilla flakes և chocolate flakes. Since I’m not a fan of chocolate , vanilla eclairs և coffee are my favorites. Keep in mind that the size of Paul’s eclair is not so big in principle, so if you want to enjoy their signature cakes after eating, it’s best to ask to share them with friends. : D:
